As a coach and positive psychology specialist, I am committed to protecting your privacy.
My privacy policy explains why I collect your personal information and how I use it.
I may change this policy so please check with me occasionally to ensure you’re happy with any changes.
Who am I?
As a Coach, I run sessions in schools, the community or one to one .
My sessions are based on person-centred coaching and positive psychology.
The topic is decided by you and then I will suggest interventions, activities or ask questions that support you to hit your goals and make shifts in your life.
How do I collect information from you?
I obtain information from you when you book on to my session. I receive this information when
you book online, by email or verbally.
What type of information is collected from you?
The personal information I collect can include, your name, your child’s name, address, email address, contact phone number.
I do not store credit card details, any payments are taken through PayPal’s secure online payment system, bank BACs system or by cash paid directly to me.
If you interact with me through social media, I may receive information about you when you choose to post or otherwise share information about yourself. You can control this by adjusting your privacy settings on your social media account. When using these sites, you are bound by their privacy agreements.
I will also have notes from our session as in the written and signed contract, these are kept secure in a password protected documents and deleted as appropriate. The notes are taken for the continuation of the session and reflection. Please see contract for more information and contact me if you have any questions!
What do I do with you information?
I require this information to carry out my classes. Below is a list of how I might use your information:
For internal record keeping.
I may use your information to improve my services.
If you order products from me, I may use your information to post products to you;
Periodically, I may send you promotional information about my new services; only if you have
consented for me to do so.
Who has access to your information?
Only myself! I will not sell or rent your
information to third parties. I will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
How can you access and update your information?
Ensuring your information is up to date is very important. If any of the information you give to me
changes or becomes out of date you will need to contact me and let me know.
Under the Data Protection Act 1998 you have the right to access any information I hold about you.
Please contact me if you wish to receive information on the data that I hold for you and your child.
If you unsubscribe or opt-out of any of my emails you will no longer receive emails from me and will taken off my email list.
What security precautions are in place to protect your information?
When you give me your personal information, I ensure it is treated securely.
Any personal information given out is locked away in a secure cabinet, or in password-protected documents.
